You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data at any time through the methods specified in Section 3. Such withdrawal will not affect the processing conducted prior to your notification of consent withdrawal.

Hewitt Consulting Co., Ltd. is a limited company incorporated under Thai law on March 7, 2024. The company offers management consulting services, focusing on employee engagement, cultural benchmarking with other organizations, leadership development, HR assessments, and strategic human resource management. The company's headquarters are located at Room 496-502, Gaysorn Amarin Tower, Unit A, 5th Floor, Room S5031, Ploenchit Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330.

3.1 Personal Data We Collect
To provide our services, we may need you to provide your information before using the Engagement Survey Platform. If you do not consent to provide this information, Hewitt Consulting may not be able to offer services that meet your needs. Occasionally, we may also collect your information from other sources (apart from you directly). In such cases, we will notify you within 30 days from the date of collection. Before disclosing such information, we will inform you and request your consent.Personal Data processed by Hewitt Consulting includes:
-Your personal information, including your name, work history, educational background, social activities, and compensation details. If Hewitt Consulting intends to collect sensitive personal data, such as gender, race, ethnicity, beliefs and/or opinions, sexual behavior, personal history, and health information, Hewitt Consulting will inform you of the purpose and seek your explicit consent again.
-Residence and contact information, including your email address and phone number.
-Human resource details, including your business unit and duration of employment.
-Personal abilities and preferences, as well as your views and opinions regarding .your employment.
-Any other information related to you that does not directly identify you individually but could be combined to identify you as personal data, and/or information related to your internet connection and the devices you use to access the Engagement Survey Platform and usage data.
-In the event that Hewitt Consulting needs to collect your personal data beyond what is specified above, Hewitt Consulting will notify you and obtain your consent again.

Hewitt Consulting collects personal data as specified above either directly from you or from your employer through survey tools. Your responses will be kept confidential, and your employer will not have access to individual results unless you provide explicit consent in advance.
If you are a customer or supplier of Hewitt Consulting, we will collect and use information about Hewitt Consulting and individuals within your company to fulfill our contractual obligations and maintain our business relationship. This data may include your contact details (e.g., name, phone number, email address, job title, and business records related to our services).
Additionally, if you use the Engagement Survey Platform via the website, automatically collected information may include usage details, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, and data obtained through cookies and other tracking technologies.
For your benefit, Hewitt Consulting will retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and used. This includes maintaining the history of data modifications obtained under the consent basis in Hewitt Consulting’s database as long as you have not withdrawn your consent or exercised your right to delete your personal data.

Hewitt Consulting clarifies that exercising your rights under this section must not cause harm to the rights and freedoms of others. In such cases, or where legal or court orders apply, Hewitt Consulting reserves the right not to comply with your request.
Hewitt Consulting reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy (including any revised versions) to align with evolving circumstances, regulations, announcements, or future laws.
